If the product is found defective, please call +91 9831834215 or email to drguptasclinic@gmail.com in within 24 hours of receipt of products. We will arrange the reverse pickup for the product and then issue a new product to the customer. Please understand replacements are subject to availability of stock.

Please note that no returns would be made if the product has been damaged at your end.
