Doctor – No partner in marriage is superior, inferior, or equal. Everyone has a role to play; as long as one fits into the assigned role, he or she is a perfect person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bhupinder accepted that due to anxiety and frustration, he abuses his wife.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhat benefit are you getting from this kind of behaviour? Why don\u2019t you express your true emotions and mood, like tell her when you are frustrated or when anxious? You can change your behaviour by understanding your own emotions, and this is called \u2018 Neuroplasticity\u2019. \u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bhupinder thanked the doctor profusely and left.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAbusing your partner serves no purpose in marriage and pulls you down economically, too. \u201d Understanding and describing your own feelings makes things a lot better.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
